Custom Forms and Fields Tutorial

With the custom forms and fields section in setup, you can add and associate forms with different sections of the application. You can also customize and create forms and change the order of the fields.

You can add a new form by clicking on the
+ New Form button.

When creating a new form, you will need to include the following information:

  • Name

  • Description

  • Module to be associated with

  • Category

  • Subcategory if needed


After you have created the form, you can add fields and create new custom fields if needed. In order to create a new field, click on + New Field and include the following information:

  • Name

  • Type (Text, Dropdown, Checkbox, Date, Date and Time, Text Area, and User)



You can then take the field(s) and drag and drop it under the form to complete your new, custom form.
