Reporting on total incidents for specific employees

We have ~70 staff people using Samanage. Our use case is:

Show me how many incidents have been resolved by employees X, Y, and Z on one report, simply showing the total incidents in a bar graph.

I can create this graph using the Incidents summary report, but it lists ALL our employees. And unfortunately the only thing I can really filter on are their names as they may be in different departments or areas. As you can see, this graph is really tough to read, especially since not all names can be listed below.

The closest I've been able to get has been to go to the Incidents report and set it to Group By Assignee, then toggle off everyone but the two I want to show currently (which is time-consuming with 70 different people and pages to scroll through). But even then it's still defaulting to breaking it down by a time period (in this case, Monthly), when I just want a total number.

Is there a better way to do this?

My ideal report would look like:

Employee X: 500
Employee Y: 300
Employee Z: 400

What I really would like is the ability to selectively filter on specific employees, but a workaround within the existing system would be helpful.
