First of all, I want to say how awesome the new iOS app for Samanage is. It's really well-designed, and will be very useful in the future. The only thing is, it seems that there are no ticket notifications in the app. I'd really like it if I got a notification on my phone when one of my assigned tickets was updated. Do you know if this is on the roadmap, and if so, is there an ETA for this?
