Is there a way to remove a nonfunctional email from the requester autofill?

I have a user whose account was set up with an incorrect email address. We found this and I changed the data in her account. However requests are still sometimes being made for her old email address which means she can't get into and comment on them. Is there any way to remove this data from the autofill field so that when techs are putting in tickets for her they won't add the incorrect address?
