Creating an incident view using the current filtering options

I'm trying to create a filter on the list of incidents to only items I'm involved in. Currently, my filters are:

*State is not: Closed
*Assigned to: Me
*Assigned to: [my group]
*Assigned to: [each member of my group]

I'd like to add in the option to also see any incidents I'm CCed on. However, as soon as I do that, it treats CC as an AND filter instead of an OR filter like I'd prefer. I know the behavior of how filters work, but I'm hoping there's a way to have a single view of all of my incidents:

Is there any way I can create one rule to see all of my information in one place?

I'm afraid I'm going to lose additional visibility in the future for things I'm not assigned but CCed on. For instance, our group got an incident from the central helpdesk. I commented on it and sent it over to our network team. As soon as I do that, I can't see it in my list of incidents any longer. I need to be able to see when the network team works on it without it being assigned to me. Is there a way to see items you've reassigned to another group?
