Formatting is off when updating a ticket

I created a test ticket for this. Sent it in via email. I took the ticket and updated with an assignee as well as a category / subcategory. Within the ticket I "resolved" it and clicked "Update Incident". This is what it looks like:


In the image above, the 1st one is one I used for this example, 2nd is an actual ticket. Notice how in the "Assigned To" section is my name but formatted differently. Why is that?

Thats not all.

From the "Status" drop down, I went from "Resolved" to "Closed" and it did this:

Changed the formatting of the cells and removed the space in-between words.

Can I have someone take a look at this?
