Detecting Microsoft Office Mac OS X Installations and Versions with Tagging?

On Windows and using Office Volume licensing, the agent detects item named "Microsoft Office Standard 2016", which we've tagged and use to reconcile licenses installed. However, the same does not appear to be available on a Mac. Does anyone else use tags to track volume license installations of Office on Macs and have this working?

Also, I'm curious to know what happens when the version changes... As an example, that same  tagged item mentioned above has a version number of "16.0.4266.1001". What will happen when that version is updated by an auto-update? Will the Tag no longer work for those machines, forcing me to go find the updated versions and tag them too?
