mobile devices & asset management v profile

When checking a users profile we have noticed that it only shows the users PC but not the mobile devices that also associated to the user.  Is there a way to link the following? 
I noticed that checked the user under SetUp/Users it will show all devices but when looking at a ticket it only shows the laptop/pc.  Any recommendations?
