notified of tickets with no activity after a certain time period

I am trying to get notifications sent to myself and any other IT Admins, when tickets are not active after so many days. I am seeing my Techs, and even customers, respond to a ticket initially, but then nothing for a week or two. Leaving tickets inactive is not my idea of productive, but I am unaware of these tickets without going through each and every one of them (which I don't have time to do that), I want to be notified of tickets after so many days of inactivity. Is this possible?
