I'm sorry if this was already posted, but I did not find anything.

Is it possible to customize the emails that are set out when an end user submits a ticket via email?  Currently they just get a summary of the ticket and it would be nice to add some additional info such as thank you for your request, as well as changing some of the wording such as incident.
