Product update: Ability to add portal users as Change approvers

We have just released an update to the Change management approvers process whereby you can now add Portal users as possible approvers to changes.


Once they are added, they can now receive change approval emails and approve or decline said changes directly from those emails - see screenshot:



The approval (or decline) from the email will direct the portal user to a landing page where they will be able to add also an optional comment.
