Example of Your Samanage Categories

Currently our company doesn't have any categories setup, its just the generic "Incidents".  We currently have four IT employees and about 300 users so we wanted to better determine our biggest ticketing pain points by using categories.

Do any of you guys have an example perhaps of how you have your categories set up?  Would be very helpful, thanks!
