Permissions to only see assigned tasks

Does anybody know if there is there a way to limit what a role can see for tasks?  For instance, we have a service catalog item that has 10 tasks that go to several groups.  If they use the email notification (which could be a non issue if the complete via email option is implemented) the user would then go to the incident and see all the tasks.  They would then need to find their task (and hopefully not complete somebody else's task) to complete it.

Example - a Finance user clicks on the link in the email to go to the incident (Full incident assigned to Service Desk)
-This task is assigned to HR (User should not be able to see and/or complete)
-This task is assigned to Finance
-This task is assigned to Service Desk (User should not be able to see and/or complete)
-This task is assigned to Facilities (User should not be able to see and/or complete)
