Product Update: Integration of Citrix GoToAssist for launching remote support sessions

We have just added the ability to launch unattended remote assist using Citrix GoToAssist integration. You can now activate Citrix GoToAssist under Setup -> Remote Support. See following screenshots:



If you do not already have an account you can be redirected to Citrix for signup, see screen shot below:


Once activated, you can launch a remote assist from within the hardware index page or from within a specific computer, see screenshots below:
