OneLogin logged in but prompted for login using email comment button

We have one part of the company that is using Google Apps for SSO and the other part that just started using Samanage is using OneLogin for SSO.  Our issue is with OneLogin.

 

We have technicians that are clearly logged into Samanage and working in tickets, however, if they get an email notification and they click the button in the email (using the beta template) they are taken to the login page. 

 

I'm not familiar with OneLogin so I thought I'd ask the community if they've seen this issue before or if it's a bug.
