We have just released an enhancement to the way approvals emails are handled in Samanage. You can now go into wherever an approval email has been sent and is pending or declined and you can resend the email to the approver.
This works for approvals in service requests, in changes and in releases.
This capability is open only to users of role "Administrator" and on any service request, change or release. Resending approvals for a declined approval can be done only if you are not the person declining.
