Automatic Assigned Categories via Defined Email Address

I was wondering if it was possible to auto assign a category based upon the email it was sent from.  

For example, we have a notification from our system (System Email) that get's sent out to our individual emails if something on our system fails.  We recently added our support email to this distribution list to help keep track of any reoccurring problems that may exist and have resolutions for everyone in the department to refer too.  So I was wondering if there was a way to have anything from email get auto assigned the category "System Issues".

We have a few emails that get emailed to us to have record of what happened and resolutions on hand to get whomever through and was just wondering if this is possible in any way.
