Closed at/Resolved at not tracked in immediately closed tickets

The timestamps for Closed at and Resolved at are not tracked when a ticket is immediately closed. This causes a problem for us as an MSP as we have to track our stats for the month for specific customers and when we are looking for closed or resolved incidents within a certain time frame, these immediately closed cases do not show up in the report.

Can you please make it so that at the very least, their is a "Closed at" time stamp tracked when a ticket is immediately closed?
