Additional Reports needed

I have looked through the reporting features, and I have not been able to find a way to generate reports based off certain requests that are submitted. 

Due to Audit purposes I need to provide a report of certain requests (Terminations, software access, server access, security access, etc.); but I will need the entire information that has been submitted in the ticket- not just ticket number and title. Is there a way to generate a report, either by subcategory, or word/phrase that will pull all tickets and file them in a single report with all this info? 

Currently I am having to take the time to search for them, and transfer to a PDF, but I would like a more efficient way of getting this done.

Is this something that is possible now, or in the works for future changes?
