Today we are releasing the beta version of the Samanage Service Desk for Android.
The beta is open to all android users in the community. The application supports Android Ice Cream OS version 4.0 and above.
The Samanage Service Desk for Android is geared towards the service desk agent. You can track and work on your incidents on the go and create new incidents and service requests.

Your mission, should you chose to accept it, is to provide us with feedback on the application:
- Application design and usability
- Application usage across as many use cases as possible
- If you encounter any crashes or bugs, please do report them to our support at firstname.lastname@example.org or using the feedback option in the application's menu
