Is there a way to generate a report which shows the workingload over time?
So no matter how old the incident is the only thing that counts is: is it solved or not.

For example:
Week 1: 50 not closed incidents
Week 2: 57 not closed incidents
Week 3: 75 not closed incidents.

Or more detailed, we've noticed mondays generates the most incidents. At the end of the day I've about 75 open incidents. At friday the end of the day we've got about 55 open incidents.

It shows the amount of work to do, and more importantly if we can manage the ammount of work (does the ammount grow or increase overtime)

Is this possible to create this kind of report at the moment?
