Automatic reply on feedback we receives for closed incidents.

Is there any way we can setup auto reply for following responses we are receiving on all closed ticket.

- Negative Feedback
- Positive Feedback

We should be able to write auto replies on these responses and ability to include Helpdesk Manager in the loop to work on problem areas if feedback is negative.

I am more than sure that this functionality would help us to streamline some of the problem areas.
