sort order of Incident state

Currently Samanage assigns a numerical value on the backend of each state that is used to sort the column. As a user I have no access to the value so that I can sort my Incidents the way I want. So I get stuck with a useless sort order that I have to look at daily. This is not an effective way to work tickets.
