Assign tickets by keywords in email

We're new users to Samange.
Is it possible to send a mail to the Helpdesk and put some keywords in it from which samanage assigns the ticket to a particular user?

For Example; when you send a mail to the system of Spiceworks, you can add keywords like #assign to <username>, then the system creates the ticket and assigns it to the one you have defined in the keyword.

Hope that we have such an option, would be nice.
