Up-to-date documentation

Is there a place I can go to find up-to-date documentation on Samanage? I was looking for the definition of resolved vs closed incidents and figures I would use the built-in help pages. However, I gave up after being directed to these links:

There must be some kind of reference documentation that describes the system rather than simple help cards and links to ancient blog posts?

The Help menu in the top right menu takes me to this community site. While I agree this is a useful site, it doesn't really constitute documentation.
