Setting incidents from 'Resolved' to 'Closed'

Hi All,

I'm sure this has been asked before but a search didn't answer exactly what I want.

I want to know if there is a better way to change an incident state from 'Resolved' to 'Closed' in a single step?

At the moment an incident needs to have been 'Resolved' before 'Closed' shows up as an option. This is quite frustrating because generally once an incident is resolved you logically want to close it.

Apart from refreshing the screen is there another way to do this? An option to 'Resolve and Close' would make sense to me.
