Multi Line in Resolution

Hi Team,


When we put the resolution description in the tickets, We are making a standard of putting step by step what we have done to complete the ticket. However, when the user receive the resolve notification in email, they are getting in one line. Why is that? Is it a bug?


For example, if you look at the left side, you have a nice view in the admin side. But in the right side, you can see what the end user receiving by email.
