Hi all,

While the customer has email banner with twitter, Facebook, google+ and occasional banners; this is creating a chaos while the customer reply to the cases. The customer comment maybe a single line as "Thanks" however all other stuff in the email banner getting recorded in the comments. 

Is there a way to remove email banner while getting comments in the cases.
