Would it be possible to have a second drop down where the State tab is, so the incident can be assigned right away to a person when you first open it, instead of having to go back to the Incidents list to get that ticket assigned?

Doesn?t make sense to me that there?s a CC me, why a CC me if you are not able to pull a name to assign to first?

We should be able to change everything (from Assigning to State, priority, etc) from the first time the incident is opened. I?ve used a few IT ticketing systems and that?s how they all work. Not comparing here, but I think there?s a lot to be done in SAMANAGE to make it functional. Right it is not what I was expecting.....
