Product update: Override expected delivery time

We have just added an enhancement to our Service Catalog. You can now decide to override the values in the expected delivery time as they are calculated by the catalog item process.


You now have the option to both edit the value displayed and also decide whether it will be displayed in the self service portal.


This is useful for those cases where you wish to display a different value than the one derived from the process in order to allow for some ?breathing room? for your customers expectations.

If nothing is input in this field, it will use the values as derived from the process and the default behavior is to display this on the self service portal.
