The Dashboard widgets are nice, but it would be helpful to have a way to see tasks from the Service Desk screen as well
As they are now, staff keep "forgetting" about them as they are "out of sight and out of mind" when they sit in the Service Desk section (Incidents, Change Controls) all day with no real reason to idle at the dashboard.
We've been up and running on Samanage now for a few months and the one trend I've seen with staff that has us now circling back around to do more training is that tasks are easy to miss if you spent most of the time in the Service Desk screen with Incidents and Change Controls and not on the Dashboard screen.
Alternatively or maybe in addition to, what about having Samanage send remind emails to those with assigned tasks when they are due...just like it does now when it's assigned?
