Product Update: Approvals via email

We are delighted to please our users with a new feature - you
can now directly approve or decline changes and releases tasks which require approval, from within an email message without
having to login into the app. Confirmation tasks for Service Catalog tasks are also available via email.


When an approval is required, the approval request is received
via a rich text email with prominent approve or decline buttons. The
actual action is done using a token contained in the button links which
is valid for one week. Once the item is approved or declined, an entry
is also created in the item work log entry.
