Different links in email

We noticed that when you sign out of samanage and you get an email of a new ticket, the link related under the ticket# and the link under the 'View Incident' Button are different.

When clicking on the link ' View Incident' you'll be redirected to the portal from where you can log in by clicking on the "Google+ Sign in" button which leads directly to the ticket on the Application Side. 

When clicking on the Ticket Number you'll also be redirected to the portal, but when you choose to login using the "Google+ Sign in" button, the redirection fails. you'll be redirected to a page that says 'Something went wrong...'

In the past, this was never an issue.

Has there been a change in the email formatting which can be the source of this issue?
Or is this already a known issue?
