E-mail forward with groups

I've noticed a problem regarding the e-mail forward. 

In our enterprise, we have many reportings that are sent each day, to a couple of departments and single users. These are incidents created automatically with catalog services. 

The problem is, when you CC a single user, he recieves the e-mail noticing about a new comment or incident itself. But, if you CC a Samanage group, they'll get the e-mail, but once they try to view it inside Samanage, system displays an error saying the page does not exist.

I couldn't really find any post about this matter (Sorry if I missed it).

Could you please take a look at this ?
