Product Update: Portal users can submit on behalf of other users

We have enhanced the behavior of submitting a new incident and service request via the self-service portal - see screenshot from the setup page:

After changing the setup option under the self-service portal setup, portal users can now change the requester and either choose any user they are entitled to view or only their superior (as defined in the users setup), see screenshot:
