Attatchments in replys - and also inline images

When we recieve screenshots or other files from users, WHO reply to emails, the images are not in Samange. Images in the email, that creates the ticket, are.

Example: A user has images in her signature, and sends an email to our support address. the email is created into an incident, and the images from the signature are atatched and viewable. A technician replys to ask for a screenshot of an error message. When the requester replies to this message, neither the images from the signature nor the screenshot attatched to the email are visible.

This is an issue weather the image is attatched or is added as an inline image.

Any suggestions?
