Other's have mentioned this but I am looking for either a product update or a possible work-around. I have a need to notify multiple administrators when a new change is created. Certain groups need to know what changes are upcoming and what changes have been implemented. This allows them to bring up any possible issues that the change may cause and it lets them know that a new incident is possibly related to a recently implemented change. Can we either add a CC field or a notifications field to the Change form to allow for this?
