Using the Self-Service Portal Screen "Welcome Message" as a Banner notification.

Since Samanage currently lacks a "notification" or "announcement" windows/banner, we have taken to updating the "Welcome Message" on the Self-Service Portal with known outages, impacts, etc...

We would like someone without full administrative control to have the ability to modify that window. I do not see a way to restrict which portions of Setup a person can control.

Am I missing something?

Additionally, are there plans in the works to have an Announcement banner on the Self-Service Portal to let Requesters know there are issues so they don't have to submit additional incidents?
