Email to be sent to specific email address when customer satisfaction received.

Hi Team,

Please let us know if in Samanage we can specify email address which can get all customer satisfaction survey.

Within our company we have Global Helpdesk Manager who is responsible to make sure that the helpdesk team is providing good service and there is no issue providing support.

Now, whenever someone is sending customer satisfaction (Specially negative), then Global Helpdesk Manager should get an email so that he can investigate further on why feedback was negative.
