Reports on service catalog usage

I'm trying to find out how often our service catalog items are used. Is there a way to get a list of the incidents created via a specific service catalog item?

I looked in the Reports section and tried to find something useful to filter on in the incidents list, but no luck.

I realise I can add some kind of unique tag on my items so I can search for that, but it will only work for future requests. I would really like to see this information on the past data.

Any suggestions?
