New improvement in the way we handle approvals or declines in the service catalog process.

 


When a user receives a request to approve via email - once he gets to the landing page from the link in the email - he is able to add an optional comment which will be added to the process. See following screenshot of the landing page from the email:

A technician can also add a comment from within the app - see following screenshot:
