We have just pushed out a new enhancement to our reports on service level breaches.
We have added a new Y axis to the graph on the right hand side, which reflects the total incident count per time frame selected - the numbers are the actual total incidents per each X value.
This provides for better gauging, visualization and comparison in the context of incident numbers - for example if we previously displayed a number of SLA breaches for a specific day or week (say 4), without providing the context. Now we show it in the context - and say for example that it would be 4 out of 1000 - which now provides for better understanding.
