We have just added a new capability to the Self Service Portal - your portal users can now view incidents and service requests they have been CC?d on as a subset filter of the requests index page.
As part of this enhancement, users can also add additional people as CC to service requests - see following screenshot of a new service request:
When someone has been added as a CC to an incident or service request, he can now view three different views in the portal - "All requests", "Requests I am CC?d on", and "My requests" - see screenshot below:
The default report is ?All requests?.
In order for a user to be able to view incidents he is CC'd on, you should also add the proper role permissions under Setup -> Roles, as per the screenshot below:
