We have just added the ability for your customers to add optional comments when answering the customer satisfaction survey emails.
Now, when they receive the survey email and click on their selected response, when they arrive at the confirmation landing page they have a new option to add additional comments - see screenshot below:
These comments are also captured in the incident itself as per the screenshots below:
