We have just added a new capability to the incidents filters. You are now able to quickly filter the incidents screen to display only incidents which originated from the Service Catalog as Service Requests.
This is achieved by adding a new filter where its criteria is ?Service Request? and the filter is set to ?Yes?, see per screenshot below:
Once this is set, the incidents index will display only incidents which originated from Service Requests, as per the screenshot below - we can also notice the icon designating their origin with a tooltip:
