Show Incident is awaiting Authorisation

Being Monday I am probably looking past something really obvious, but is there a way to show on the incident index view that is awaiting authorisation? As all the tickets are shown, I want to save the agents time by not having to click into requests/incidents that are awaiting authorisation from a manager.
