We are authenticating into SAManage with our Google Apps account. We are planning on changing our Google Apps primary domain so all our users accounts will change to the new domain as well.
Will this cause a huge need to reconfigure SAManage? Will users/requesters need to be updated to the new domain? If they are, will they retain the relationship to their existing tickets or assets?
Love to hear from anyone who may have gone through this type of migration and can offer some insight.
