Combining Tickets

Is there some way to combine or merge tickets. Sometimes we have general issues (e-mail, Internet hiccups, etc) that get reported by multiple people. Would be nice to either combine them or at least attach them all to a single ticket so we don;t have to "resolve" each one individually.
