Product Update: Inline edit on Incident Index list

Another feature has been added to improve your
experience in using Samanage. The fields of: State, Type (not including
service request), Assignee, and Priority can now be edited directly when
viewed in the Incident index without the need to go into the actual
details view of the incident. See screen capture below for example.
