I'm trying to better understand the proper way to access Support as apposed to this community.

When I am at my Samanage dashboard and select Help, it defaults to this community. Although I find this useful, sometimes I think I would be better served to submit a support request rather than a community comment or question.

However, the Help option only offers the link to the community.

Is it possible to add an option under help allowing the user to go to the community or to Samanage Support, depending upon what is needed?

I am assuming under the present system that if I want support, I just email to support@samanage.com
